Langös - Hungarian fried bread

Ingredients
- 3-4 Potatoes
- 1 Cup soda water
- 500G of SR flour
- 2.5 Tsp yeast
- 1Tsp sugar
- 1Cup warm milk
- 1Tsp salt
Instructions
- Peel cut cook potatoes and the mash let cool
- Add as much SR flour as potatoes will take, add in soda water mix in more SR flour.
- BREAD MAKER INSTRUCTIONS
- Add potato mix to your bowl adding sugar salt and yeast set bread maker to dough setting
- NO BREAD MAKER
- In your cup of warm milk add yeast and sugar let if start working & frothing up,
- add to potato mix,
- knead into dough adding more SR Flour if needed then let rise double in size
- break into balls of dough
- line slow cooker and cook using tea towel until golden
- Traditionally this is shallow fried
- You can then enjoy with jam or traditionally they are dipped in salt and then eaten
