Clean the potatoes and cut into cubes.

Place in a zip lock bag with the pesto and shake until all covered.

Layer in your SC with sprayed baking paper and cover with grated cheese.

SC about an hour and half on high or until potato is soft.

Lift out and brown under the grill.
