Pesto Cheese Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3-4 medium potatoes
- 3-4 Tablespoons pesto
- 1 cup grated cheese ( Parmesan is the nicest )
Instructions
- Clean the potatoes and cut into cubes.
- Place in a zip lock bag with the pesto and shake until all covered.
- Layer in your SC with sprayed baking paper and cover with grated cheese.
- SC about an hour and half on high or until potato is soft.
- Lift out and brown under the grill.
