Ingredients
3 chicken thighs
1 cup tomato paste
½ cup mushrooms
½ cup cooked bacon
10 cherry tomatoes
1 cup cheese, any flavor desired
Instructions
I basically used leftovers from my refrigerator so anything goes!
Flatten chicken thighs.
Combine other ingredients, divide in 4 portions and put 3 portions on each flattened thigh, roll and keep in place with a toothpick.
Place all in slow cooker close together and then use 4th portion to put on top of the 3 chicken thighs.
Cook for 4-5 hours on Low
