Pizza Topping Stuffed Chicken Thighs

  • 3 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup tomato paste
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • ½ cup cooked bacon
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cheese, any flavor desired


  • I basically used leftovers from my refrigerator so anything goes!
  • Flatten chicken thighs.
  • Combine other ingredients, divide in 4 portions and put 3 portions on each flattened thigh, roll and keep in place with a toothpick.
  • Place all in slow cooker close together and then use 4th portion to put on top of the 3 chicken thighs.
  • Cook for 4-5 hours on Low
