Pizza Topping Stuffed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 3 chicken thighs
- 1 cup tomato paste
- ½ cup mushrooms
- ½ cup cooked bacon
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup cheese, any flavor desired
Instructions
- I basically used leftovers from my refrigerator so anything goes!
- Flatten chicken thighs.
- Combine other ingredients, divide in 4 portions and put 3 portions on each flattened thigh, roll and keep in place with a toothpick.
- Place all in slow cooker close together and then use 4th portion to put on top of the 3 chicken thighs.
- Cook for 4-5 hours on Low
