Ingredients
16 thin beef sausages
2 medium onions diced
2 small green granny smith cooking apples, peeled, cored and diced
2 cloves garlic minced
3 tsp mild curry powder (I used Keen's brand)
1/2 tsp minced ginger
1.5 cups beef stock liquid
2/3 cup fruit chutney (I use Rosella brand)
Instructions
Cut raw sausages into chunks - about 6 pieces per sausage
Place sausages, onion and apple into slow cooker
Combine other ingredients, mix well and pour over
Cook on low for 4-6hrs
Notes
Serve with mashed potato and vegetables of your choice
This serves our family of 5 with leftovers for at least another 2-3 serves for work dinners
