Cut tops off the peppers take out the seeds etc
Mix together mince with chopped onion,mushroom,grated cheese , tomatoes and rice.
add herbs to taste if using
Fill peppers with mixture
Dash of Worcestershire sauce on top each filled pepper
Place tops of peppers back on and place in lined slow cooker (helps with cleaning)
Add a little Stock at bottom or water
Set slow cooker at high 3-4 hours or low for 6-8hours covered
Add a little cheese on top and melt then serve with lovely fresh salad
