Combine all meatball ingredients together throughly and roll into balls about the size of your cupped hand and set aside
Place all sauce ingredients into slow cooker and add in meatballs.
Cook on high for 2 hours and low for 2-3.
Skim off any excess fat with a spoon

Could add in some hidden vegetables to fool those fussy eaters. Just dice finely and substitute for the breadcrumbs. Just need the mixture to be a little sticky at the end
