Ingredients
 

  • 500g Chuck steak
  • Tin of mulligatawny soup
  • Beef stock cube
  • Generous dash of red wine
  • Optional - packet French onion soup mix (makes for a Salter dish)
  • 2/3 cup of water

Instructions
 

  • Mix all wet ingredients in the sc bowl
  • Add beef
  • Cook on low all day - 8 hours plus
