Rich and savoury. Beautiful served with creamy cheese mash and veg.

Ingredients
- 500g Chuck steak
- Tin of mulligatawny soup
- Beef stock cube
- Generous dash of red wine
- Optional - packet French onion soup mix (makes for a Salter dish)
- 2/3 cup of water
Instructions
- Mix all wet ingredients in the sc bowl
- Add beef
- Cook on low all day - 8 hours plus
