Ingredients
Meatballs
1 kg beef mince
1 egg
2 x grated carrot
1 grated zucchini
1 onion
3-4 cloves garlic
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbs Greek yoghurt
1 tbs BBQ sauce
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2-1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbs season all
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
2 tbs black chia seeds
Handful fresh basil
S & P
Sauce
2 x tins chopped tomatoes
1 jar home made tomato sauce or pasata
Instructions
Combine meatball ingredients and mix well
Roll into firm balls with wet hands
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Cook on low 4 hours
Served on fettuccine
Enjoy
Note
My slow cooker cooks fast some may want to cook on auto or high for first hour:)
