Chicken, gravy & stuffing
Chicken, stuffing and veggies cooked in an easy gravy... A great alternative to a traditional roast

- 4-5 potatoes (peeled and in large chunks)
- 4 carrots (peeled)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1/2 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 can chicken soup
- 4 chicken breasts
- Dry stuffing mix (or seasoned breadcrumbs)
- 1 cup Peas
- Butter (optional)
- Grated cheese (optional)
* put the potato, onion, carrot, mushroom soup and chicken soup into your slow cooker then mix well
* put the chicken breasts on top, sprinkle with cheese (optional) then stuffing mix, add a dob of butter on each chicken breast
* cook for 4 hours on high then remove the chicken breasts. Add the peas to the veggies and gravy, mix well, then put the chicken breasts back on top
* cook for another hour on high
