Rissoles in BBQ sauce

Beef rissoles in a versatile tasty sauce

Ingredients
 

  • Rissoles of your choice ( i brought from my butcher 1 kg )

Sauce

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbs Honey
  • 2 tbs Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbs Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • 2 cups of water ( may need a little extra I use the water to raise the level of liquid so you can just see the top of the rissoles)

Instructions
 

  • Add rissoles into slow cooker
  • Mix everything else in a separate bowl and poor over the rissoles
  • Cook on low for 6-7 hours or 4 on high

Notes

  • I serve with creamy mash potatoes and veggies and drizzle the BBQ sauce over everything and have left overs with rice the next day
  • You can use this sauce in many differnt dishes I have used it for chicken, beef chuncks, ribs, rissoles, even dim sims
