Mark and cut a sheet of puff pastry into 4 squares
Combine the two grated cheeses together in a bowl
Remove excess sauce from baked bean can and discard
Place a triangle area of cheese into one half of each square. Add approx 2 tablespoons of baked beans onto each cheese area.
Fold the other half of pastry square over the beans and cheese to form a triangle shaped pillow. Press down along the two open sides of pillow with a fork to seal.
Line slow cooker bottom with a sheet of baking paper lightly spritzed with non stick spray.
Place pastie pillows in slow cooker in single layer and lightly brush top of each one with egg wash
