Lay fillets on a cutting board and carefully cut a pocket opening in the top of each one
Stuff this pocket with 2 basil leaves and a piece of Camembert cheese
Secure pocket closed with toothpicks
Pour tomatoes into base of slow cooker and gently lay each breast in the tomato base
Cook on HIGH for 2.5hrs or until cooked through in your slow cooker
Remove toothpicks from each breast before serving and top with the tomato puree
