Hot n Spicy Lamb Soup
Please know that this is hot. You can make it milder by substituting the chillies for a more mild flavour. Would be good with beef or chicken

- 500g diced lamb
- 2 Tbsp hot ajvar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic diced
- 1 tsp ground corriander
- 3 habenero chillies
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 spring onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 tsp cajun spice
- 2 med potatoes
- 1L chicken stock
- 1 tsp ground cummin
- 1 med onion
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Roughly cut all veg and add to slow cooker
Brown the lamb and add in with the rest of herbs and spices.
Cook on high for 2 hours and low for a following 4hrs (or this is the same as 6hrs on Auto setting)
