Hot n Spicy Lamb Soup

Ingredients
 

  • 500g diced lamb
  • 2 Tbsp hot ajvar
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic diced
  • 1 tsp ground corriander
  • 3 habenero chillies
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 spring onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tsp cajun spice
  • 2 med potatoes
  • 1L chicken stock
  • 1 tsp ground cummin
  • 1 med onion
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Roughly cut all veg and add to slow cooker
  • Brown the lamb and add in with the rest of herbs and spices.
  • Cook on high for 2 hours and low for a following 4hrs (or this is the same as 6hrs on Auto setting)
