Ingredients
650 grams pork rashers
2tbsp brown sugar
1tsp mince garlic
1tsp black pepper
4 star anise
1tsp ground cinnamon
3tbsp light soy sauce
3tbsp dark soy sauce
2tsp Chinese five spice
250ml rice wine
2tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
Cut pork rashers into 1 inch pieces and add to slow cooker.
Combine all ingredients and mix well and pour over pork.
Slow cooker on high for 3 and a half hours turning pork every hour.
Turn down to low for last 30 minutes while making your side dishes.
Please note tea towel under the lid after 2 hours.
