1. Saute cumin seeds until brown, add onion garlic ginger turmeric chilli and garam masala
2. Add tomatoes and cook with a little water until combined
3. Throw into slow cooker with a little water (enough for liquid to cover the veges) with veges and cook 4hrs on low (can also pressure cook for only 15mins)
Serve with rice or fresh roti (plain flour and water pancake)
