Ingredients
10 brussel sprouts sliced reasonably thin
4 garlic cloves chopped fine
2 red chillies chopped fine(seeds & all)
¼ cup salsa of choice
Dash of lemon juice
¼ cup Water
Salt/Pepper to taste
Instructions
All into cooker~Cook on low 2.5 hours
Stirred in 1 Tbs butter just before serving
Notes
Could use minced garlic from jar or even dried granules
Could also use dried chilli flakes
If using fresh chillies,leaving seeds in optional
