Bangin Devilled Sausages
No need to buy recipe flavour based with this simple, delicious recipe. Full of flavour and super easy and cheap to make. It’s a family favourite in our house served on mashed potatoes.

8-12 sausages chopped 2 onions sliced 2 apples finely diced, skin on, core removed 300 ml water 1 beef stock cube 50gm tomato paste 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbs brown sugar 1 Tbs Dijon mustard 2 tsp soy sauce 3/4 cup of peas Cornflour to thicken at the end
Fry onions, apple and sausages together until sausages browned and apple and onion has softened.
Add to Slow cooker
Add remaining ingredients except for peas and cornflour to slow cooker
Cook 4 hours on low.
Add peas in last half hour of cooking.
Thicken with cornflour if you wish.
Serve on mashed potato or couscous.
