Ingredients
400ml coconut milk
½ cup cooking cream
¼ cup tomato paste
4 tsp minced garlic
2.5 tsp garam masala
1.5 tsp curry powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp cashmerie chilli powder
1 tsp grated ginger paste
2 tsp corn flour
Salt to taste
500g paneer
300g frozen peas
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except paneer and peas in a jug and pour into the slow cooker.
Dice the paneer into bite sized cubes and add to the cooker with the peas. Give it a stir to combine.
Cook on low for 2-3 hours.
Serve with basmati rice, roti or garlic naan.
