Mutter Paneer (Peas Paneer)
Ingredients
- 400ml coconut milk
- ½ cup cooking cream
- ¼ cup tomato paste
- 4 tsp minced garlic
- 2.5 tsp garam masala
- 1.5 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp cashmerie chilli powder
- 1 tsp grated ginger paste
- 2 tsp corn flour
- Salt to taste
- 500g paneer
- 300g frozen peas
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except paneer and peas in a jug and pour into the slow cooker.
- Dice the paneer into bite sized cubes and add to the cooker with the peas. Give it a stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours.
- Serve with basmati rice, roti or garlic naan.
