Mutter Paneer (Peas Paneer)

  • 400ml coconut milk
  • ½ cup cooking cream
  • ¼ cup tomato paste
  • 4 tsp minced garlic
  • 2.5 tsp garam masala
  • 1.5 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp cashmerie chilli powder
  • 1 tsp grated ginger paste
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 500g paneer
  • 300g frozen peas


  • Combine all ingredients except paneer and peas in a jug and pour into the slow cooker.
  • Dice the paneer into bite sized cubes and add to the cooker with the peas. Give it a stir to combine.
  • Cook on low for 2-3 hours.
  • Serve with basmati rice, roti or garlic naan.
