A great way to use up leftover cooked chicken, or simply grab a hot chicken on the way home from work and enjoy a one-pot fuss-free recipe that cooks relatively ‘fast’ in your slow cooker ?

This recipe can be adjusted to taste, but the flavour is really enhanced if you fry your spices first.

Serve with a side of Steamed veggies or salad.
The flavour in the sauce is incredible and the pork chops are just melt on your mouth yum!
