This was yummy I will never have roast chicken in the oven again. I followed the instructions to the tee, some of the breast meat was a little dry so I will knock the cooking time back to 6 hours next time 🙂

Did this with chicken thighs and it was amazing. Fantastic gravy to mix through pasta.

Makes the best gravy ever! Chicken is beautifully seasoned. I had never use sweet chilli sauce before because I thought it was hot. I am now on the hunt for other recipes that use it.

Made this tonight substituted the chook for 2 kg bag drumsticks. Cooked on low for 5 hours and YUM!!!

I cooked this last weekend. I put in the oven for the last 20 minutes to brown up the skin. Wife loved it. So juicy and moist.

This has become one of my favourite recipes, chicken is so tender and tasty. I use some cornflour to thicken the sauce at the end.
