Spaghetti Bolognaise
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 1kg lean beef mince
- 2 x 410g cans of Ardmona crushed tomatoes and paste with basil and garlic
- 2 x small onions diced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp beef stock powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs
- 1/3 cup bbq sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker bowl.
- Cook on low for 8hrs.
- Cook spaghetti separately in boiling water and serve with bolognaise sauce and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
- No need to pre brown the meat - though some prefer to do so - I prefer to use lean mince and skim any additional fat that rises to the top prior to stirring/serving 🙂

Another brilliant dish with awesome flavours! Thanks Paulene for this recipe.
You are most welcome! 🙂
Tasty and easy. I load this with extra veggies and it is so yum! Hard to eat stove made bolognese sauce after experiencing this.
Absolutely delicious.
2 changes, no mushrooms as I never had any and added 1/3 cup of sweet chilli sauce as I had no bbq sauce.
Will definitely be making this again.
Thank you for the recipe 😍😍😍😍😍
