Soft Caramel Fudge
- 2 x 375g Nestle White Chocolate Melts
- 1 can top-n-fill caramel
- 2 tablspns brown sugar
- 1 teaspn butter
- Place all ingredients into slow cooker and cook on high, stirring every 10-15 mins.
- It should blend together to a thick blob of fudge.
- Pour into baking paper lined slice tray and refrigerate until set.
- Cut into preferred shape and size.
- Enjoy in moderation.
