Slow Cooker Chai Tea

6 cups water

4 slices fresh, peeled ginger

6 green cardamon pods, crushed

6 whole cloves

2 or more peppercorns

1 stick cinnamon

5 black tea bags



21. Pour water into your slow cooker. Stir in the ginger, cardamom pods, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and peppercorns. Turn to High; simmer for 3 hours lid on.

32. Steep tea bags in the hot spiced water for 5-7 minutes. Strain tea and serve with your preferred milk and sweeten to taste.
