Simple & Easy Sausage Rolls

1kg sausage mince

2 grated carrots

2 finely diced med sz onions

2 eggs

2 heaped squirts of tomato sauce

Sprinkle of garlic powder and salt and pepper

9 sheets of puff pastry

Handful of grated cheese

Another egg for egg wash


1Mix all ingredients together

2Cut pastry in half put 4 little blobs of mix on the pastry fold over and grab a fork and join the pastry together

3Line SC with baking paper put sausage rolls in coat with egg wash and cook on high for 1.5-2 hours with a tea towel under the lid

4All ingredients are put in raw

5Check them after 1.5hrs some SC cook faster then others just keep an eye on them and then enjoy 🙂
