Simple & Easy Sausage Rolls

  • 1kg sausage mince
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 2 finely diced med sz onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 heaped squirts of tomato sauce
  • Sprinkle of garlic powder and salt and pepper
  • 9 sheets of puff pastry
  • Handful of grated cheese
  • Another egg for egg wash


  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Cut pastry in half put 4 little blobs of mix on the pastry fold over and grab a fork and join the pastry together
  • Line SC with baking paper put sausage rolls in coat with egg wash and cook on high for 1.5-2 hours with a tea towel under the lid
  • All ingredients are put in raw
  • Check them after 1.5hrs some SC cook faster then others just keep an eye on them and then enjoy 🙂

    Used pork mince as well and added herbs and Worcestershire sauce and yum! Finished them off in the oven they were delish.
