Simple & Easy Sausage Rolls
Ingredients
- 1kg sausage mince
- 2 grated carrots
- 2 finely diced med sz onions
- 2 eggs
- 2 heaped squirts of tomato sauce
- Sprinkle of garlic powder and salt and pepper
- 9 sheets of puff pastry
- Handful of grated cheese
- Another egg for egg wash
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Cut pastry in half put 4 little blobs of mix on the pastry fold over and grab a fork and join the pastry together
- Line SC with baking paper put sausage rolls in coat with egg wash and cook on high for 1.5-2 hours with a tea towel under the lid
- All ingredients are put in raw
- Check them after 1.5hrs some SC cook faster then others just keep an eye on them and then enjoy 🙂

Used pork mince as well and added herbs and Worcestershire sauce and yum! Finished them off in the oven they were delish.
