1Mix mince, onion, carrot, 1 of the eggs, tomato sauce & herbs together
2Cut each sheet of pastry in half, divide mince mix into four lots, & place on each piece of pastry. Fold pastry over make edge meet, seal edges with fork.
3Cut each roll into four, place in lined slow cooker,
4(I hade 2 slow cookers going, with 8 in each)
5Brush each with egg wash.
6Cook on high for 2 hours, with tea towel under lid.
