Saucy Snag Casserole
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 1 brown onion, sliced
- 750g sausages
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 440g tin of crushed tomatoes
- half a bag of frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 carrots sliced
- 1 potato diced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 35g packet French onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon plain flour to thicken
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the slow cooker
- Cook for6 hours on low - times may vary slightly for each slow cooker
- Stir occasionally

This was so yum. It was so tasty and a winner with everyone in the house. Instead of a 440 g tin of crushed tomatoes, I used 2 x 410 g tins of crushed tomato, and I had a little less than 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce. I also added in some zucchini and mushrooms.
