Russian Sausages, red cabbage & chickpea stew
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1 onion (large, chopped)
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 tablespoon sage
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 750 g sausages
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 1 cans tomatoes with juice (diced, 14.5 oz. can)
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegeta stock
- ground black pepper (fresh, to taste)
- 1/4 red cabbage (washed well and finely chopped)
- 400gm can chickpeas, drained
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- Put all ingredients in slow cooker, mix. Cook all day
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in slow cooker.
- It cooks while you're at work - cook all day on low 6-8hrs
