1open pack of taco shells
2turn slow cooker onto high
3spray with olive oil spray
4line with baking paper
5in a jug or bowl mix eggs and milk ( 2 eggs per boat and milk to suit as per personal preferences)
6chop ingredients to personal preference ( chunky or fine ect )
7add the 'dry' ingredients to the boats
8then pour the egg/milk mixture over the boats
9Place into slow cooker
10DO NOT USE A TEA TOWEL - No need to what so ever.
11Check every 30 mins, these will be ready when they spring back when pressed.
