I made these last night, what a winner ! I had leftover vegetables so used them as my filling. Will be a regular at my house as they are so quick and easy.

Sounds delicious! How long did the ‘boats’ take to cook?

Easy to make and clean afterwards! I used cream instead of milk, added onion, grated carrot & zucchini ,diced ham ,cheese and salt & pepper.
Was a bit eggy for my liking will add milk as well as some cream and a bit of flour to thicken.

Did these about a month ago (but changed ingredients to what I had and to make vegetarian) with peas, corn, carrot, spring onion, garlic, salt/pepper/herbs and mushrooms…absolutely delicious! ?

Served with a side salad. Enjoyed by all of us. Will be adding this to our meal rotation.
