Mild Satay which even the kids will love

  • Yields: 4 Servings


2 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce

1 Tbsp ginger

1 tsp coriander

1 Tbsp garlic

1 Tbsp fish sauce

1 cup crunchy peanut butter

400ml coconut cream

500g frozen stir fry veg

500g diced beef

1 Tbsp sugar

2 Tbsp soy sauce

1 spring onion sliced

Salt and pepper to taste


1Stick everything except for the veg into the slow cooker and place on low for 4 - 5 hours or until meat is tender. Add the veg in and cook for a further hour on low.

2Serve on your favorite rice or egg noodles

3This is a mild satay, to get more bite switch the sweet chilli for real chilli
