  • Yields: 1 mug cake

Ingredients

1 egg

1 tbsp sugar

3 tbsp peanut butter

Directions

1Whisk all ingredients well to ensure they are well combined with the egg

2Pour batter into a coffee cup

3Add 1cm warm water into your slow cooker and gently sit cup in water

4Cover with teatowel (Tea Towel Trick) and cook on HIGH for 30mins

Notes

1You could multiply by however many cups you need 🙂

2Each mug cake is about half full in a standard mug

I’ve not tried that to be able to say with full confidence that you could due to the extra moisture it would create?

Try adding small pieces of crystallised ginger or choc chips. Yum.

I had to make these the same day Paulene posted the recipe. She had me just with peanut butter 🙂 These were amazingly delicious and super easy to make. 3 simple ingredients most often on hand and yes they rose high even though there was no flour! Cant wait to make and share
