  1. Tonight I finally made this and it was amazing! I bought tater tots weeks ago when first I joined this group and saw this recipe, never bought them before. So simple, tasty and we will make again for sure.

  2. OMG, this is the bomb! I added chilly beans and corn to the mixture as well. The potato gems complemented the Mexican mince superbly and the avocado and sour cream topped it off nicely. Will be a regular, thanks so much Pauline!

  3. I’ve made this a couple of times now and it’s sooo good and easy to make. I didn’t have a capsicum (grated two carrots instead and mixed through) and substituted the tinned tomato’s for a can of condensed tomato soup. This will be a regular in my house and all the family enjoy it.

We made this tonight following the recipe directions. I did brown the meat. OMG it was amazing. Will definitely be on our meal rotation. So easy and so full of flavour.

Family favourite now, we did leave out the capsicum, onion and tomatoes. Added shredded carrots and extra tin of diced tomatoes. Served with a dollop of sour cream.
