Marmalade Roast Chicken
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 4 tb marmalade jam
- 4 tb cranberry sauce
- Some sprigs of rosemary
- 1 orange
Instructions
- Add some slits in chicken and coat chicken with the above 2 ingredients, add some pieces of orange in side chicken and some on top for taste and garnish, add some rosemary.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8hrs
