Low Carb Seafood Tom Yum Soup

Healthy low carb, low calorie meal that packs lots of flavour! The low carb noodles never break down and taste just like rice noodles, minus the carbs!

Ingredients
 

  • 2L of good quality stock
  • 2 packets of Changs low carb noodles
  • 4tbs of tom yum paste
  • 500 gms of marinara mix

Instructions
 

  • Add tom yum paste, stock and noodles to slow cooker.
  • (Noodles can be added at the start as they do not break down).
  • Cook on low for as long as you like to infuse flavours, 6-8 hours preferably.
  • Add marinara mix 20 minbefore serving.

Notes

  • If purchasing stock select FISH stock
