  • Yields: 3 to 6 shanks

Ingredients

3 carrots- chopped

1 onion- sliced

2T minced garlic

mixed herbs

2 big cans on "big red" tomato soup

1 cup of beef stock

3-6 Lamb shanks (browned with flour first)

1 cup red wine

Parsley to decorate (optional)

Corn flour to thicken sauce

Directions

1Place all ingredients in slow cooker

2Cook on low for 6hrs
