Super easy and great to self serve at a party!

1kg chicken thigh fillets

250ml bottle of Hickory BBQ Sauce


1Place chicken fillets into slow cooker whole

2Pour over sauce

3Cook on low for approx 4hrs

4Pull apart/shred meat with two forks (this will then soak up all the excess liquid)

5Serve on rolls with salad and cheese for easy burgers 🙂


1Flavours can be changed easily by changing the sauce you use

2You can use Marinade sauces also

3eg Satay, BBQ Plum, Honey Soy etc

4Also great for self serve at a party directly from the slow cooker onto the rolls by guests
