Thank you Pauline for submitting this recipe. It’s so good, another one to go on my meal planner. It’s so easy to prep, the smell during cooking is gorgeous.
I used a leg instead of chops and was really nice.
Not to mention easy – I like easy 🙂
So delicious! So easy! Made as per the recipe but may try adding some red capsicum next time and a handful of baby spinach. The sauce was amazing
Thanks!! 🙂
Very very delicious but i added gravey mix in the last half hour and lifted it to the next level excellent recipe.
Made this tonight, and it was so yummy. My brother even said you need to add the word “succulent” to the title it was that good.
Lovely and creamy, not too peppery. Deff be doing this again. Could use the sauce with other meats too.
Tried this for the first time and was absolutely delicious my kids completely loved them as well will be an easy meal atleast once a fortnight now lol
Tried this last night with low expectations, was amazed. Hubby and I couldn’t get enough, delicious ?
Its a favourite here. Not a big mushroom fan but this sauce is creamy and yummy. I toss pasta through it with vege and we eat that for meals when the pork is gone. Also cooked it for a person as a Christmas present. Easy and yummy.
Could you do this in a 1.5litre cooker?
I guess you could so long as your chops are small enough to fit
However I’d alternate their positions during cooking
Everyone in my house loved this and plates were licked clean! I cut the chops up and removed the bones towards the end of cooking and added a Tbs of corn flour with some thickened cream as I found it a bit runny for my liking ☺️
Thanks so much for your great feedback Katrina!
