Christmas pudding

Ingredients
- 1kg mixed dried fruit
- 1packet vanilla cake mix
- 11/2 cups SR flour
- 1ltr Eggnog
- 1 tablespoon Brandy Essence
Instructions
- Soak fruit in eggnog overnight
- Add cake mix, flour & essence
- Mix until combined
- Spray slow cooker well with cooking spray
- Fill to 3/4 full
- Cooked in baby (1.5ltr) slowcooker on high for 3 hours, turning insert every half hour.
- Enough ingredients to make 2 puddings.

by eggnog do you just mean the store purchased milky one or one you make with lots of booze in it?
I’d say it means store bought 🙂
