  1. I don’t add the cheese and only 1/4 cup of honey as that’s how my family prefer it, and I wrap on foil for cooking time (as mine cooks very hot) and it’s great very moist

Could you put the same spices as the lamb one, cause I can’t have honey, thanx in advance

Sorry would never do this again it was like eating a mouthful of sawdust it was that dry, I ended up throwing this out

  4. After reading many comments about the recipe on the FB I cooked the following:

    500g chicken mince
    1 Tb sugar
1.5 tsp each of onion salt & garlic salt
2 tsp each of oregano & chives
    1 tsp rosemary

Wrapped in foil and cooked for 4.5 hrs on low. Perfect, moist and really tasty. Not sure I’d add the sugar at all next time, I don’t think it needed the sweetness.

  5. Tasty chicken meal. Easy to prepare.
Served on wholemeal lebanese bread with salad.

*Only change that I did was once the chicken mince was shaped into a loaf, I wrapped it in foil, same way as I do when I make lamb or beef kebabs.
