    1 hr 45 mins

  • Yields: 14 scrolls

2 cups SR flour

1 cup Greek yoghurt - natural pot set

1/2 cup green tomato relish (I use Masterfoods jar)

150g diced bacon

1 cup tasty cheese grated

1Combine flour and yoghurt and mixto a dough consistency

2Turn out onto a floured surface and kneed briefly then roll out to a flat square (1-1.5cm thick depending on how you like your scrolls)

3If you don't have a rolling pin to do so just flour a clean sauce bottle and use that like I did - of course don't push down too hard on a glass bottle

4When scroll is rolled out to a square of desired flatness start adding toppings

5I used lashings of green tomato relish, then bacon, then 2/3 of the grated cheese

6Roll the sheet up into one large log then use a sharp knife to cutthis log in slices around 2cm thick

7Lay slices flat onto a sheet of baking paper in slow cooker

8Add remaining cheese scattered on top of scrolls

9Place tea towel under the lid

10Cover and cook on high for approx 90mins

Delicious. I made these with cheese, ham & tomoto relish, & also a cheese & marmite batch for my sons birthday. They were a great hit. First batch was a little crispy for my liking with recommended time, so I took the second batch out 15mins early & they were perfect! Thanks

Cooked this in my sunbeam secret chef so had to reduce the cooking time!
I just poped it under the grill to give it more colour!
Great finger food or for an accompliment to a main meal!
