1Add boiling water to s/c turn on high for 30 minutes lid on ,then add franks ,turn off s/c and wait until franks raise to the surface.
2While waiting for the franks to cook ,use a ruler and sharp knife to cut thin strips of pastry,pre heat your oven to 180 deg
3Wrap pastry around franks starting at the top ,but leave a gap for the eyes ,and work your way to the bottom ,brush with egg wash and put on a greased oven tray until golden brown
4Once cooled use a mustard squeeze bottle to do little dots for eyes.
