1 handful of blueberries



1/4 cup rice

Half a handful of rolled oats

roughly 1 1/2 cups of water (didnt measure)


1Peel apple, chop apple and banana up and put all ingredients in the slow cooker on low with lid on.

2Cook for 4-5 hours on low

3Stir a few times and stop when rice is cooked rather soft.

4Puree and pass through a sieve.
