Absolutely delicious. Will add a little more paprika for our taste buds next time 🙂

  2. Sometimes “meat ‘n’ veg” is just what you need. This is yummy chicken and as easy as buying a supermarket chook. We used bone-in, skinless thighs. 3yo loved it, parents loved it…will become part of the regular family dinner menu now.

No but some like to blast it in hot oven at end to crisp up the skin – I don’t bother to do so myself 🙂

  3. Tried this for the first time. Next time I will reduce the paprika by half, and sit the chicken on a trivet so it’s not sitting in the liquid.
