  1. I am doing this today, will let you know how it turned out but sounds delicious 🙂

Tasty, however a fair bit runny due to the moisture coming out of the veges and chicken. A mash up of flavours – an easy dish to throw together last minute. I think I will leave adding the broccoli til the last half hour, I prefer it green and not so mushy.

I have mixed feelings about this recipe. The flavour is yum, like someone said on their review broccoli is mushy which I feel makes the sauce funny. Otherwise it’s yummy ?

  7. Super simple and easy meal to make. Also very yummy. Next time I will add the broccoli maybe half hour before serving (personal preference) as I like my broccoli just a tad cooked and not so mushy. Also I will add the cheese at the end.

First time using slow cooker other than for soups.
Turned out better than I had expected . Will leave cheese till last next time. But was super yum

  9. This was yummy. We had it with the rice as suggested and they went very nicely together. I think it would be nice with pasta or mashed potato too. Instead of the broccoli I just put some mixed frozen vegetables in.

I don’t use curry powder. I also add cauliflower and carrots to mine . I use dark meat chicken deboned ??% delicious. I like mexican blend cheese .

An easy, very tasty dish. Perhaps I would add cheese closer to end of cooking but that’s a personal preference & not a complaint. Served on rice & we also added mushrooms which added a little more liquid but was easily absorbed by rice & adding more flavour. Will be doing again ??

  12. Omg, so delicious, will definitely making it again, even fussy eater ate it..

Cooked this for the first time tonight and it was sensational. I did thicken the sauce with corn flour. Will definitely be making this again.

  14. Yummy! I might follow the suggestions in the feedback and put broccoli in later on so they aren’t as mushy. Served with pasta to make it a pasta bake type dish (cooked stovetop, although probably could have added into the slow cooker?)

  15. Made this for the first time tonight and the family gave it a thumbs up. I followed some of the comments and added the broccoli when switching to the 1hr on low along with the cheese. I added lots of cheese as my family are part mice. I would do this one again and look at adding extra veggies.

This turned out absolutely delicious 😋 I also added diced carrots n pumpkin n left out the lemon juice!!! I steamed the broccoli, carrots n pumpkin 1st coz I wanted to make sure my vegies were cooked properly then added them in the last half hr n mixed through, scattered grated cheese on top n cooked for another 15 mins or til the cheese had melted through, sooo yummy 🤤 will definitely make this again 😊👍🏼
Thank you for sharing your yummy recipe with us Jenny 🤗

Made this tonight but changed it a bit. Used all the same ingredients but added sliced carrot from the start leaving broccoli out and no cheese on top. Cooked on low for total of 7 hours adding broccoli and 200 gms Oricchettie pasta at 6 hour mark. Also added 1 cup of chicken stock when adding pasta to prevent it from being too dry. Hubby and daughter absolutely loved it and said they will have it again.

  18. I doubled everything, possibly tripled the lemon juice and curry powder 😂.
Added the broccoli in the last hour and the cheese in the last half hour.
Really easy and quite delicious!Served on white rice.
