Tomato Saucy Sausages

Ingredients
- 22 sausages
- 2 x 400g tin crushed tomatoes with mixed herbs
- 2 packets dry French onion soup mix
- 2 onions chopped
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons BBQ sauce.
Instructions
- Place sausages in the slow cooker.
- Add chopped onions.
- In a bowl place the crushed tomatoes, french onion soup, Worcestershire sauce, and BBQ sauce and mix together.
- Pour over the top of sausages and stir through.
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours.

I halved the recipe – it was simple and quick to prepare.
It was good – filling. I served with rice.
The flavour won’t knock your socks off, but a good staple no-fuss simple dinner.
