Sloppy joes

Ingredients
- 500g minced beef
- 1 onion
- 3/4 tomato sauce
- 1/4 bbq sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1-2 tbsp brown sugar
- Hamburger buns
Instructions
- Brown mince in onion in a pan, drain any excess oil and place in slow cooker.
- Combine tomato, bbq sauce, mustard, garlic, Worcestershire, vinegar and sugar in a bowl and pour over mince.
- Cook in low for 3-4h
- Thicken with cornflour if needed.
- Serve in hamburger buns with pickles, tomato and cheese or coleslaw.

What type of mustard does this need?
At a guess I would say bottle mustard since it isn’t stated as mustard powder?
I use this all the time. Was a big hit when i used it in tuckshop. Grated carrot into it to make it healthier and the kids couldnt get enough

This is in the slow cooker now. Tastes amazing. Will be having it on toasted Turkish bread ?
